What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body in creating an ecosystem of harmony and balance. During a session, I hover my hands or use optional light touch to facilitate the flow of universal life force energy, which reduces stagnation and restores the body's energy to its natural rhythm.
You may choose to receive a Reiki treatment to:
- Experience optimum good health
- Promote personal growth and development
- Speed up healing process of injuries/illnesses
- Reduce stress/anxiety levels
- Enhance personal healing abilities

The Reiki experience is often deeply relaxing, and those receiving treatment commonly find a sense of peace and overall wellbeing during and after their session.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length, which includes landing together with an opening connection talk, a short guided meditation to prepare, and time at the end to finish our session with a calm sense of closure.
