Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to dive deep into your practice, explore techniques for mindful living, and bring harmony and balance to your mind and body.

I have accredited certifications in hatha yoga, yin yoga, and yoga nidrā and am currently enrolled in trainings for restorative yoga and vinyasa flow. I believe that to be a teacher is to always be a student, so I am continuously learning, researching, and deepening my own personal practices daily. 

 

Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, each session is tailored to support your unique journey, helping you cultivate peace, strength, and resilience from within.
